We strive to process and ship all orders efficiently and securely. All shipments are managed by premium courier services to ensure the integrity of your purchase upon arrival. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

2. AgarVenom Perfume Collection (Pre-Order Fulfillment)

The AgarVenom Perfume collection represents the world’s most unique and expensive fragrance, crafted with unparalleled dedication and requiring an extensive production and maturation process to ensure its distinctive quality.
⦁ Pre-Order Status: All purchases of AgarVenom Perfume are classified as Pre-Order items. This means the product is secured upon payment, but not immediately available for dispatch.
⦁ Fulfillment Timeline: The production and quality assurance cycle for this exclusive collection necessitates a specific waiting period. Therefore, AgarVenom Perfume will be shipped sixty (60) calendar days after the date of full payment receipt.
⦁ Payment Confirmation: The 60-day fulfillment period begins on the day that AgarVenom Ltd. confirms the full payment for the perfume order.
⦁ Communication: Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment and subsequent update notifications leading up to the dispatch date.

3. Shipping for Other Products (Chips, Oil, etc.)

For standard AgarVenom Products (such as Chips, Oil, etc.) that are not part of the exclusive Perfume collection:
⦁ Processing Time: Orders typically require 7–10 business days for processing and preparation.
⦁ Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the chosen shipping speed. Final shipping costs will be presented at the checkout page before the payment confirmation.

5. International Shipping

AgarVenom Ltd. offers worldwide shipping. Please note that for international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

6. Delivery Issues

⦁ Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
⦁ Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the packaging.
